A vintage artist paintbrush lot gathered over years of studio use, this collection comprises approximately 30 paint brushes of varying sizes and types, alongside a palette knife and a small number of drawing pencils including a Koh-I-Noor Hardtmuth graphite pencil. The set shows clear signs of active, extended use — handles coated in layers of dried oil and acrylic paint residue, bristles worn and stiffened — consistent with a working artist's studio accumulation rather than display pieces.

The lot includes round, flat, and filbert-style brushes in a range of sizes from very fine detail brushes to broader wash and blending sizes. Handles are predominantly wooden, with some in black, dark red, and natural wood tones. Visible brand names across the set include Raphael, Precision Maitre Imitation Sable, Daler-Rowney, and Sceptre, indicating a mix of student-grade and mid-range professional brushes. The palette knife features a flat offset blade typical of oil painting use, also bearing heavy paint deposits.
