📦 Shipping Policy

We are based in France and ship our parcels worldwide.

🚚 Shipping Carriers

  • For deliveries within France, we use La Poste or UPS.

  • For all other countries, we ship with UPS, ensuring fast and secure delivery for mostly all items, but it can be another shipping carrier depending on the size and weight of the item.

⏳ Delivery Times

Shipping times vary depending on the destination country. With La Poste or UPS it will take about a week, with another shipping carrier it can goes up to 3/4 weeks (for big or heavy items)

Please note that we do our best to dispatch orders quickly, but delivery delays may occur due to customs processing or local logistics conditions outside our control.

💰 Customs, Duties & Taxes

For countries outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to check with their local customs office for potential import fees before placing an order.

Once an order is confirmed, these charges are due and non-negotiable.

📦 Refused or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is refused by the buyer due to unpaid duties or taxes:

  • The order will only be refunded after the parcel is returned to us.

  • The refund will be deducted by:

    • The original shipping cost.

    • Any additional fees charged by the carrier for return or tax refusal.

🔁 Returns

All sales are final, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product).
