French enamel basin vintage

A set of three French enamel basin vintage pieces, typical of mid-20th century French domestic production. These enameled metal basins were standard household items found across French kitchens, laundry rooms and farms, used daily for washing, food preparation and general utility tasks. The set offers two distinct rim colorways, adding variety to a coherent group.

All three bowls are made from pressed steel coated in white vitreous enamel. Two basins feature a navy blue rolled rim, while the third and largest is rimmed in deep red. The interiors are white enamel throughout. The two blue-rimmed bowls show visible surface scratching concentrated at the base, consistent with regular utensil use over decades. The red-rimmed bowl is in noticeably cleaner condition with only light surface marks. No chips, cracks or enamel losses are visible in the photos. The enamel surface retains its gloss across all three pieces.

Dimensions as stated: the largest bowl measures 36cm diameter x 9.5cm deep (14.2" x 3.7"); the second measures 35cm diameter x 8.5cm deep (13.8" x 3.3"); the third measures 33cm diameter x 8.3cm deep (13.0" x 3.3"). All three are round and shallow in form, consistent with traditional French washing basins.
