DEHILLERIN" is clearly visible on the exterior wall of the pan, confirming its origin from one of France's most respected professional cookware houses, supplying restaurant kitchens and culinary professionals since 1820.

The body is formed from heavy-gauge copper, measured at 2.5mm wall thickness, indicating professional kitchen specification rather than domestic-grade production. The exterior retains its aged copper patina with areas of oxidation and verdigris, consistent with age and heavy use. The interior is lined with tin, now showing significant wear, darkening, and partial loss of the tin coating across the cooking surface and sidewalls -- this pan will require re-tinning before culinary use.
