The pan retains its original fitted lid and a wrought-iron side handle, both consistent with period production methods.
The body is hand-hammered copper, showing the characteristic texture of 19th-century craft work. The lid is fitted with a riveted copper loop handle, secured with two visible copper rivets to a flat plate mount. A second iron handle is attached to the side of the pan body, riveted through a flat iron mount plate with three copper rivets. The join between lid and pan shows a rolled and reinforced rim. Patches of green verdigris are visible along the seam line and in areas of the body, consistent with age and prior use. A streak of old tin or solder residue runs along one exterior wall, clearly visible in the close-up photos. The interior is not tin-lined in its current state, or the lining has worn away, which should be assessed before any cooking use.
