The form is clean and purposeful: a gently tapering cylinder with triple-ridge detailing at the upper body and base, and two sturdy ring handles mounted on ball pivots at either side.

The exterior carries the original applied orange-and-black VCP shield badge reading Clicquot Champagne with the anchor crest and the full name Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin on the banner below -- the house colors that have been instantly recognizable since the nineteenth century. The interior shows the characteristic concentric ring finishing of cast aluminium bistro ware, and the base is raised on a shallow foot ring. A graphic, confident piece that earns its place on a bar cart, a sideboard or a drinks trolley, and works equally well as a planter or a vase for tall dried stems.

Condition and patina consistent with age. Light surface scratching and scuff marks are visible on the aluminium body, particularly on the upper section and interior, as expected from active service use. The badge shows minor wear at the edges. Overall a handsome, well-preserved example.

Approx. 8.1 in diameter (20.5 cm).

95% of my items are tariff-free to the US.
